Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment, that can result in a better mood, more peaceful sleep and many other traits. They are said to improve the body, mind, and spirit. It is stated that essential oils will not work for every user but they will not hurt to use. Essential oils are ideally plant extracts that are linked to benefit a certain characteristic. Aromatherapy comes in different forms such as, body oils, an aroma stick, and accessories such as a necklace or bracelet with the oil inside. I use aromatherapy; I use lavender oil to help me sleep by putting it behind my ears and on my wrists and I also wear a lavender based lotion that I believes helps with my stress and anxiety.
