Before working in healthcare I used to work in a spa in Caesars Casino. Aromatherapy was a big selling point with the massages and a lot of the oils we sold. I remember a particular aromatherapy product that we used to sell. They were these roller balls. Surprisingly these were one of our top selling products. There as a roller ball for almost anything. From cold ease, to passion, to PMS symptoms, to happiness to many other kinds. My boss would roll of happiness everyday and the days he did not he would blame his bad mood on not using it. I did not believe in any of it but it seemed to be that a lot of other people believe whole hearted that they really worked.

I know so many people who love aromatherapy. My mother has many of roll on oils in our home. She strongly believes that this helps with her headaches. In my opinion, I think aromatherapy works for people with an open mind set towards it. I personally do not use them but I know so many people who do.
ReplyDeleteI know a lot of people who believe in aromatherapy. They live by essentials oils and other scents that they believe bring out natural emotions within you. I honestly believe it. Maybe its my subconscious but every time I am near lavender it immediately gives me a migraine.
