I was born in Puerto Rico and never of our own personal El Chupacabra (goatsucker). One day I caught one of those horrible SyFy movies regarding these creature. Instead of the creature around 3 to 4 ft it was depicted the movie portrayed the Chupacabra standing as a homosapien that would attack anyone. I found it very funny but also knew that at the time that the legend and myth behind this creature had finally hit a wider audience and for a time became part of the lore and legend from this small island.
